The MAC Pulse Valve series is specifically designed to be a direct replacement for existing impulse solenoid valve technologies. The MAC Valves solution features a long-life spool design, setting it apart from conventional diaphragm-based technologies. In addition, MAC Valves uses a pressure-balanced pilot valve, which effectively protects the coil from airborne contamination. These valves are available with integrated coil pilot configurations as well as pneumatic pilot options.

Impulse solenoid valves are available with various adapter plates. These plates enable the replacement of diaphragm solenoid valves with MAC Valves’ balanced spool technology, without requiring any system modifications. Additionally, the MAC Valves pneumatic pilot configuration is fully compatible with setups where pilot controls are located remotely from the valve.

Standard features of these solenoid valves include a die-cast aluminum body, Viton® seals, and an environmentally protected pilot. These materials provide a wide operating temperature range and high chemical resistance.

MAC Valves impulse solenoid valves offer reduced production costs by minimizing downtime thanks to their high reliability. When maintenance is required, it is simplified through the use of readily available repair kits.
