Housing material: With high-quality materials such as clear and polished anodized aluminum or optional stainless steel, we ensure exceptional durability.
Seal material: The main white seals are made of neoprene, silicone, or fluorocarbon, all FDA approved, ensuring leak-proof and secure connections.
Lubrication: The Krytox® PFPE lubricant is chemically inert and USDA H-1 approved for incidental food contact, meeting FDA 21 CFR, Part 178, Section 178.3570 standards. It is also approved for oxygen service applications, ensuring a secure, leak-proof connection.

Medical industry connection tools
ME series
The ME series connectors create a seal on the surfaces of tubes, catheters, and other smooth or threaded parts. Compressed air activates the O-ring for tests up to 34.4 bar.
ME101 series
The ME101 connectors are modified quick connectors from the ME series, with a larger housing to increase the movement of the seal. This movement maximizes seal compression and is ideal for testing the leak tightness or pressure of a larger number of small or irregularly shaped medical devices, without the use of a pressure amplifier.
60 medical Serie
The medical connectors in the 60 series are easy to use and are one of FasTest's latest innovations. They save time and improve testing processes for the medical industry.
ML series
The ML series connectors are specifically designed to test many types of medical tubing. FasTest's sealing design secures the connector, while a piston seals the internal part.
The ML series connectors can be used manually or automatically with pressures up to 51.7 bar. The pressure varies depending on the type of connector.
MLL / MLH series
The MLL and MLH connectors provide a fast, ergonomic, and reliable connection. Made from stainless steel and clear anodized materials, these connectors are cleaned and assembled to ensure superior quality and performance."
